Your mission at ON

  • Responsible for organizing the Director’s schedule;
  • Schedule all weekly and monthly meetings that the Director attends and coordinate any follow-up to those meetings;
  • Occasionally travel with the Director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
  • Take notes in any/all meetings Director attends;
  • Support Director in creating presentations, meetings and other key events;
  • Carry out background research and presenting findings as needed;
  • Manage Director’s expense reports, voicemail, mail, and any other formal communication;
  • Screen and prioritize all incoming phone calls, mail and/or meeting requests;
  • Liaise with other departments on behalf of the Director;
  • Order all lunches/refreshments for meetings and arrange all offsite lunches and dinner meetings;
  • Assist with any special projects as needed.

Your qualifications

  • Previous experience as Personal Assistant in the Entertainment industry (asset);
  • Ability to proactively anticipate and identify needs and concerns; and address them head on;
  • Organized and diligent;
  • Drivers’ license and access to a vehicle (asset);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English (required);
  • MUST be a team player!
