Virtual production removes the barriers between live production and visual effects, so that they can occur simultaneously instead of inline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Responsible for the successful bidding, production, and management of virtual production projects
  • Sources virtual production personnel
  • Managesand tracks cost efficiency of individual projects
  • Project management and allocation of resources on projects including liaising with global Scanline studios
  • Adoption of new practices, frameworks and technology as it applies to Virtual Production within the company

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• • On-set mocap and virtual production management experience (required)
  • Ability to engage in partnerships with technology vendors
  • On-set experience with quoting, ordering, purchasing or renting onset equipment (cameras, lights, motion capture equipment etc.)
  • Must have post production experience managing complex VFX shows from either the client or vendor side
  • Extensive experience in mocap, production/operational environments
  • Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients and staff
