APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST (TASK MANAGEMENT TOOL)
– Follow up on technical problems with the task management tool and recommend corrective measures;
– Provide support to users and guide them in the use of the application;
– Escalate cases, if necessary, and follow up on problem resolution within a reasonable timeframe;
– Participate in documentation activities (writing analysis documents and updating existing ones);
– Push UX / UI research to improve the use of the application.
SKILLS REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
– Experience in technical support;
– Excellent interpersonal skills and concern for providing high quality customer service;
– Excellent knowledge of the software development cycle;
– Good analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach;
– Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage several files at the same time;
– Good communication skills; must be bilingual in French and English is required both orally and in writing.
Must be able to work in Quebec and available immediately or shortly.
