
Producer
As a producer, you are the first and main contact point with our clients. In addition to gathering information, you are responsible for evaluating and negotiating projects. You must ensure the proper budget and production schedule management, all the while being responsible for developing and maintaining trustworth relationships with clients.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate project feasibility, verify resource availability and estimate costs in collaboration with the supervisor;
- Orchestrate the preparation of documents for client presentations;
- Negotiate contractual agreements in collaboration with management;
- Gather client information for concept evaluation, prepare quotes and follow up on projects under negotiation;
- Create and maintain good business relationships with clients and collaborators;
- Communicate project parameters and all changes (technical, artistic, budgetary and schedule) to the team;
- Supervise projects entrusted to you and ensure that they are completed within the established parameters;
- Promote general collaboration between various studio departments;
- Inform and support supervisors in a general way regarding follow-up and project completion;
- Inform production managers of new requests for quotes, project progress, staffing needs for various positions, expenses incurred and ensure studio profitabilit;
- Work with the Production Manager and other producers to establish production priorities, identify problems, propose solutions and make necessary corrections;
- Update administrative tools for monthly revenue planning and participate in achieving company objectives;
- Carry out invoicing for various projects;
- Conduct post mortems summarizing production profitability and efficiency;
- Contribute to the production of specific visuals for the sudio website and social networks.
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- A college or university degree in one of the following disciplines: project management, administration or production;
- Experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of 2D/3D production, VFX and post-production;
- Customer service skills – the bility to manage and meet client expectations;
- Knowledge of the advertising market and advertising agencies (asset);
- Knowledge of Shotgrid (asset).
