Production Coordinator – Advertising Department

Located near the Atwater Market, TONIC DNA is a full-service animation production company with high-quality creative contents. With more than 35 years of experience in the animation field, the studio offers a full range of services related to the production of commercials, animated series, short and feature films, as well as branded content solutions, digital or interactive, for clients all around the world.

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to help us on our next project: a series of edgy and funky music videos. The position is a contract to start as soon as possible and ends in December 2022 with possibility of extension.

What your typical day would like:

• Keep ShotGrid up to date (update task assignments, ensure all files received are in ShotGrid, etc)
• Maintaining and setting up an I/O system
• Receiving and sending files to clients and artists
• Ensuring that the artists have received the documents as they should
• Assisting artists with any technical questions about ShotGrid or other software
• Working on ShotGrid nomenclature
• Assisting producers with various technical tasks as needed and as projects arise
• Supporting the producers in coordinating, planning and monitoring production activities.

Who will you work with?

You will be working in our advertising department and will be collaborating with the Producers, Leads and Artists on potentially multiple projects at once.

Onedrive and Shotgrid

Who are you?

• Strong knowledge of ShotGrid
• Understanding of the 3D Animation Pipeline
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at once while remaining efficient and deadline conscious in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to organize yourself and your time well
• Ability to work with diverse personalities with different work styles
• Demonstrate proactivity
