KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supports the recruitment team and hiring managers in the full recruitment cycle across Scanlines global studios
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking base
- Coordinate, schedule and manage all candidate and hiring managers interview logistics across multiple time zones and locations
- Works with complex and shifting calendars across multiple time zones and facilitate and schedule changes
- Manages multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up, logistical preparation)
- Develops and posts job descriptions in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager and Team
- Assists with processing reference checks as needed
- Participates in the coordination of recruitment events (school, job fairs, and others)
- Supports the Recruitment Manager and team or any other related tasks or ad-hoc duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Self-motivated, highly organized and results-oriented
- Previous film production, administrative, and/or recruiting experience
- Takes initiative and goes beyond established framework; looks for new ideas and creative solutions to overcome challenges
- Detail orientated and strong communicator both in written and spoken form
- Experience working under pressure with the ability to to multi-task, troubleshoot issues, and problem solve
- Team player with a good sense of humor that demonstrates an enthusiastic and service orientated approach
- Fluent in both English and French
- Proficient with social media platforms, scheduling applications, Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
