RIGGING ARTIST
– Must have least 3 years work experience in the film and VFX industry;
– Must be a Maya power user;
– Strong knowledge of animation, rigging and CFX workflows;
– Ability to support the animation department throughout production;
– Autonomy to run shots in Maya for testing purposes;
– Experience using automated rigging systems;
– Knowledge and understanding of anatomy;
– Be a team player that can work closely with the asset supervisor, the technical directors and the animation crew.;
– Ability to follow established techniques and work in a team oriented environment;
– Scripting knowledge: PyMel, Python and Mel (Maya API is a plus);
– Knowledge of Houdini is a plus;
Permanent position. Must be able to work in Quebec and available immediately.
