The Systems team is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting the technology infrastructure. This includes storage, networking, workstations, cloud, virtualization and rendering. We invest time into training and mentoring so you’ll stay on the top edge of our technologies.


You will be part of the Level 1 team, who is the first responder to incidents and requests supporting all Framestore’s divisions:

  • Frontend support for all incidents and requests
  • Workstation configuration support (hardware and software)
  • Diagnosis and replacement of hardware components
  • Managing assets and loan equipment, including relocation and provisioning
  • Produce and update all the necessary documentation

Job requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Hands-on hardware experience; builds, upgrades, repair
  • Knowledge of different OS (Redhat, Windows and OSX), software support and deployment
  • Active Directory management
  • Basic scripting language (powershell, bash, python)
  • Self-guided problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
