Training Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Support Confluence architecture updates
  • Create Core templates and monitor template needs per documentation type
  • Support maintenance of accurate Confluence information and manage archives
  • Scheduling of documentation meetings & events
  • Project management : support with updates, monitor project health, handle reminders, raise flag on delays to L&D Manager, capture and relay action items, assign tickets, manage documentation requests
  • Data: compile and present data in an effective way
