VFX Production Coordinator

Cinesite Montreal is seeking a VFX Production Coordinator to join our VFX Production team. The ideal candidate should be motivated and well-organized, with the desire to work within a fast-paced team of highly-skilled and experienced artists.

The Role:  You will perform a key role supporting the Producer, ensuring a smooth production workflow from initial input of elements to final delivery.

We’d like to talk to you if you have the following:

• Proven experience in film post-production coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word (required) and FileMaker (advantageous).
• Previous on-set experience (a distinct advantage).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task while working at a fast pace.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
