The production coordinator is part of the production team under the authority of the project manager and the producer. He is the functional link between the production department, his primary role is to assist the supervisors and the production team in the achievement of the objectives.

• Ensure the link between the different departments;

•  Manage the agenda of the different meetings in addition to taking notes, sharing information and follow up with the teams

• Transmit all the necessary equipment and tools to the departments;

• Ensures compliance schedules, under the guidance of the project manager of each department;

• Work with the producer, project manager, supervisors and team leaders to establish production priorities, identify potential problems and anticipate necessary corrective actions;

•  Keep the project manager and supervisors regularly informed of the progress of the work and the anticipated problems;

• Receiving customer materials and sending deliveries;


  • Post-secondary studies in film production, management or related field;
  • 1 to 3 years experience as Project Manager VFX/3D;
  • Demonstrates leadership and excellent communication skills: bilingualism required;
  • Demonstrates flexibility and ability to adapt to change;
  • Promotes a positive and productive work environment and is focused on solutions;
  • Good knowledge of production steps 3D;
  • Excellent organizational skills, priority management and analytical skills;
  • Large Independence;
  • Able to work under pressure and to manage several projects simultaneously;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with the Shotgun Management Software
