VFX Coordinator

COORDINATOR

Place: Vieux-Longueuil (5 min from Longueuil metro by bus)

Type: Full time, possibility of working 2 days in remote

Description

The coordinator will do several administrative tasks with precision and efficiency

He is a key production resource who acts as a link between employees and management.

Main tasks:

• Assist the VFX producer with Shotgun data entry
• Maintain communication with clients
• Follow up with the artists on the notes and feedback
• Prepare reviews and clients sent
• Report the problems to the VFX Supervisor
• Keep an eye on the renders on the farm if necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date production schedule, assignments and bids.

Requirements

• Experience in VFX or 3D Animation
• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
• Knowledge of Shotgun required
• Knowledge of 3D pipeline, asset
• Knowledge of Nuke Studio, an asset
• Bilingual (English / French)
• Organized
